I am a ranger and did not get beast mastery before the searing. Is there ANY way to obtain teh skill after the searing?

you can buy it from a skills trainer. or if you dont want to do that you can do this quest still

Just so you know, there is no way to permanently lose access to a skill.

Just come oust of Ascalon and go right ,heading for the breach you have a

lot of quests that pass him he is at the shrine where you will get it there
